When it comes to barbecue, it's something we're all familiar with because we eat barbecue a lot. Perhaps the most primitive way of cooking is to heat and dry air with fuel and place food on a grill to heat food in the hot, dry air. And when we eat dinner, barbecue will be the first course we choose.

A few years ago in Uganda, there was the biggest barbecue party ever. More than 150 Uruguayan steakhouses have gathered in Roda Park in the city of Minas, Uruguay, for the world's largest barbecue convention. It was an unusual barbecue.
