Of course, when it comes to barbecue food, Americans are probably the people who love to eat barbecue food the most.  So why do Americans love barbecue food so much?  Let's listen to what American netizens say. 

Basically, a good barbecue is cooked with good charcoal and hardwood smoke until the meat falls off the bone and becomes soft, and then the barbecue sauce is added.  It's one of the most primitive ways to cook, but it requires skill, patience and good matching, and it's delicious!

BBQ is not just about food, because it's about people.  Put your plate, napkin to the left, a glass of red soda or a full beer, and you're ready to eat.  You'll eat the best food you've ever eaten and enjoy spending time with people you really value (because you won't invite any other kind of people to a real barbecue).  I think barbecue is not only a kind of food, but also an activity. It is a part of American life.  When you eat a delicious barbecue, it can feel like Christmas morning, like a gift you never knew you wanted.  


Grilling is much more complicated than any other food.  You cook meat on a propane or charcoal grill.  It's the fastest and easiest cooking technique.  Then you want to roast a nice piece of meat, you cook it slowly, and you rub a piece of meat with spices, marinade, spray it with water or juice to keep it moist.  You can spend days grilling a piece of meat, and it's a culinary art with its own style.
